Pre conference activities
Pre Party Tour
Cullinan Adventure Zone will be hosting a fabulous pre party tour to the conference!
A party bus will be collecting delegates from OR Tambo Airport at 3pm on Monday, 29 July. A 90 minute party trip will take you to Cullinan where they will treat you to more... well, uhm, partying!

Golf Day
The golf day will be hosted in Cullinan by them as well and for those not so faint-hearted, they are offering free Gorge Glide trips for the first 10 bookings. There after a very discounted rate of R200 (normally R450) will be charged.

Please contact 012 734 0507 to book your seat at the bar (oops, I mean bus), your bum in a bed and your activity for the next day (whether it be golf or gorge glide or simply a hangover cure to get ready for the conference of the year!)

As SAYTC Members, you are also members of communities. AND you have the power to make a positive impact on the planet… How has your business made a difference in your local community and/or environment?
Category 2 - My business in a minute
Make an entertaining video that sells your business and answers the main question: Will I book this experience after watching the video?
How to enter
Make a 1 minute video showcasing what you've achieved, and post it on the SAYTC Facebook page. You can google ‘trip in a minute’for ideas (not necessarily a guideline).
What’s the catch?
Or more boringly referred to as Terms & Conditions or rules of the competition
- You have to be attending the conference
- You must not pay someone to do your video. It has to be created in-house by yourself, your guests or your staff
- SAYTC may use your video as social media or other purposes
So don’t wait for time to catch up with you. Start shooting now (with your camera of course)!
